The bedroom available is unfurnished, and has a double built in wardrobe. The local area is quiet, very safe and has shops and amenities within walking distance. It is located 15 minutes from the city centre. About me: I am a friendly 20 year old female engineering apprentice, who works full time on weekdays. I would prefer to live with another girl but am open to any potential house mates. Note: the household bills (inc. broadband) are £200.
