Room for Rent in Detached House

Hi! My husband and I own a beautiful house surrounded by a large garden and mature trees in the village of Staveley, near Chesterfield. We are a bus route to Sheffield and close to shopping and beautiful forests and good places to walk and ride. We are very close to the Chesterfield Hospital and would suite students or professionals working there. We are offering a fully furnished double room with all utilities and if desired all meals provided for. I love cooking and we will be happy to share with our successful applicant our healthy and delicious meals. This would be for a further charge of £50-75 per week depending on what you eat and which meals you want included. My husband and I have four children, ages 1-7, who are friendly and respectful.
Note: council tax is TBC and not included.
