Our property is set in a beautiful rural location with private parking space, it’s extremely quite and private, this is for a single person who is looking for a quite peaceful place to live we cannot accept couples. The accommodation consists of a separate toilet shower room, the main area is very cleverly divided to give three separate areas including a full kitchen with oven hob , fridge freezer area two provides sleeping accommodation and area three provides living space with leather sofa and led TV complete with sky. An interconnecting door gives access to laundry facilities. Outside there is a garden with rural outlook and allocated parking space for one car ( no commercial vehicles ) all bills are included on a fair usage basis. The studio is not your normal run of the mill property, a viewing is required to fully appreciate what's on offer. Payment is due monthly with one month in advance, deposit required being £500.
