We are a young house hold, we enjoy socialising, get togethers and hosting events occassioally . We are a very laid back bunch, friendly and easy to get on with although are looking for a tidy and respectful housemate. We all work through the day and some of us also work in the evening throughout the week so we require professional behaviour as we work from home. Smoking is allowed outside the house on the garden. Happy for guests to be invited around on occasion.
This rental is for preferably professional working people.
We are located on a regular bus route to Chesterfield (every 10 minutes) and on a bus route to Derby / Alfreton.
The weekly cost includes, rent of the room, all bills (unless extortionately high) and necessary items to live such as cleaning products and toilet roll.
A brand new conservatory has been built and a utility room to give us more space and more utilities.
£410 a month (£300 BOND REQUESTED) - rent is to be paid upfront monthly by standing order on the 1st of every month.
Due to having many issues with old tenants and this room, we are very particular on who we will accept to live with us. Our household has young occupants and we enjoy gatherings on a weekend so please be aware of this. We would prefer tenants that work mon-Friday so our social time doesn’t upset your working hours.
We are looking for a grown up house mate who is tidy, considerate and reliable with payment.

We allow smokers to live with us however They are not permitted to smoke inside the property only outside on the garden and are expected to keep the ashtrays and garden clean and tidy
Please be aware our existing tenant doesn’t move out until December so the room will be available from January. We can hold this room for a holding fee to the right tenant
