The house is in Weston on Trent just south of Derby and 5 miles from the city centre. We are close to major employers on including Rolls Royce, Balfour Beatty, East Midlands Airport and the Pride Park business complex. Our rooms are clean and tidy. The charge for a single room en suite is from £420 pcm (including bills) Our lodgers have been predominantly professional people who have been good clients. Available to share is the kitchen, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery plus high speed fibre optics internet facility. Bedrooms are furnished, we supply towels and bedding which is changed weekly. Lodgers wash the saucepans and other kitchen and eating equipment they use, If you need to do any laundry we have a washing machine and tumble drier. We have off road parking for 3/4 cars. We are close to a daily bus service and close to a 24 hour bus service into Derby and to East Midlands Airport which is 10 minutes away. We have easy access by road to the A52, A50 and the M1.
