Bright, king-size room in Friendly 4-Bed Home – Ideal for Fellow Professional

A lovely furnished king-size room is available in my warm and welcoming 4-bedroom home, perfect for a fellow professional looking for a calm and respectful living space. I am a women's health researcher and work from home.

The bills will be included for this spacious room (4.6x3.3m) which is furnished with a king-size bed, drawers, brand new double wardrobe and bedside tables. You will have your own bathroom next to the room. There is a small sofa you'd be welcome to have in your room too if you wished.

The house overlooks green space, has a private garden, free off-street parking and a garage (which can be used for storage if needed), and excellent access to the hospital and local amenities. Whether you're looking for a full-time let or Monday to Friday only, I’m open to either arrangement.

You'll be sharing with me – a young professional – and my cheerful 2-year-old daughter. She is quiet and calm (and sleeps through the night). I enjoy cooking, seeing friends, comedy and laughing, and thoughtful conversation, but I also fully respect personal space and quiet time.

There is a large washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob & electric oven. The garden is southwest facing and has a patio and grass with ample garden furniture that you're welcome to enjoy. There is space to dry clothes outside or inside. The wifi is fibre & is really fast.

This is a smoke-free and pet-free home. I’m looking for someone easygoing, tidy, and considerate to share our lovely space with.

10 mins by car to Chesterfield Royal Hospital and town centre.
