- Spacious shared kitchen with plenty of counter space
- Gas hob, grill, microwave, air fryer, washing machine. Also 2 fridge-freezers

- The main lounge is private (keeps the house calm), but I’m gradually turning the large upstairs room into a cat-friendly upstairs lounge. This has always been the cats’ primary room, but I’m setting it up so it also works as a small, quiet lounge. You’re welcome to use it as a peaceful, cat-friendly space — just with a bit of awareness of the cats and their routines.

- Modern bathroom shared with one person, plus an additional second toilet
- Robot hoover helps keep shared spaces tidy. You can also use in your room
- Two friendly indoor cats - must be comfortable living with social pets
- Shared household essentials (washing-up liquid, toilet roll, etc.) are bought jointly, and cleaning of shared spaces is done fairly
