Double bedroom in quiet location with nice views

Large room facing south that looks out over the pond. The room has built in wardrobes and storage, along with a desk. A cosy ensuite toilet and sink provide privacy and convenience, and a shared shower opposite with more bathroom facilities. Shared kitchen with modern equipment facing onto the garden. There is a dedicated parking space available, which can include access to an electric car charging point. I am looking for an easy going housemate, preferably someone with experience of shared living. I love gardening, walking in the Peaks with my much loved spaniel, and volunteering in a range of local activities.
