Nice well-furnished rooms in a large Victorian family house, with single beds, wardrobes, bedroom furniture and work/study area. Shared bathroom (owner has en suite), well fitted kitchen, dining area, use of pans, crockery etc. Two lounges, one for owner, one for use of 2 lodgers, with TV.

Central heating, private garden and off-street parking. Fibre-optic broadband. Bills are included (excl. use of landline phone).

I am looking for quiet dependable women to share my comfortable home. Not weekends.

Two mini-supermarkets are within easy walking distance, and it is just off the main road between Burton & Ashby-de-la-Zouch, giving easy access to motorways and major routes.
