Spacious double room available, with access to all communal areas. Big bathroom, well lit, with a comfy sized living room. Access to 3 different gyms are all in walking distance (5 mins) and all supermarkets and furniture stores all walking distance too (5 mins). There are 2 bus stops both within 2 min walking distance from the flat and a train station which is a 13 minute walk with another bus stop right outside there.

I'm a respectable, reasonable, clean and tidy flat mate. I work until 6 most evenings and most weekends so there won't be any worry of loud noises later on in the evening.

I'm looking for a professional working flat mate who is clean, tidy and likes to be some what sociable as everyone likes to have their own time.
