Spacious double to rent in ideal location

I have a spacious double room to rent in my 3 bed terraced house just off of Marsh Barton, in Exeter. Excellent location for access to Exeter, M5, Sowton and Met Office. On road parking available or a reserved parking space at additional cost.

I live in the house with my 2 miniature dachshunds, so being comfortable with dogs is essential. Free puppy cuddles whenever you need them! I work mainly during the week, occasional weekends.

The rent includes unlimited access to the front room, dining area, conservatory, kitchen, bathroom and garden. I have virgin wifi and TV / all bills are included in the rent.

In the room, there is a double bed, tall set of drawers, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe but I am happy to let the room furnished or unfurnished, whichever suits!

I am looking for a housemate that wants to live within a home, rather than a shared house. I am sociable but also respectful of space! While I enjoy a night out, I prefer a night in with a pizza and wine ☺️
