The room would suit someone (professional, medic, educator, mature student ) happy to share with a single 60+ year old woman with two inquisitive cats - Beryl and Bert - who rule the roost and would love to keep you company at night! Cat sitting duties will be required from time to time.

If you're neurotic, fussy or you you plan to live in your room all the time please don't apply. This is a lovely home and I want whoever shares it with me to enjoy and appreciate it - or at least join me in the garden for a drink after work in the summer. or in front of the fire occasionally in the winter.

On the edge of Marsh Barton, it's a 40 minute stroll into central Exeter and the A bus runs from around the corner. Local pub, shop & chemist within 5 minute walk and Lidl not much further. If you drive its 5 minutes to get onto the A30, A38 & M5 and 10 minutes to St David's Station.
