Lovely double room overlooking field

Hi,
My names Kate and I’m 32.

I have a four bedroom house in Alphington and I’m looking to rent two of my rooms.

This is our middle floor room.

It has access to a shared middle floor bathroom/shower as well as downstairs lounge, kitchen and garden area.

There is also plenty of space for cars on our double drive way.

A bit about me-
I moved to Exeter from Cheshire two years ago and love it here. There’s nothing better than living by the coast!

I’m married and have a little boy who I cant quite believe will turn one in September. We also have a one year old cat called Lottie.

I really love our home but due to my husband’s work we are having to move up North and will now have the house empty from September so it made sense to make use of the lovely spaces during this period.

I’m keeping the third and fourth bedroom for myself as I will travel back for odd weekends on my own, and there may be the occasional weekend where I may bring my son to catch up with some mum/baby friends but I’d definitely let you know in advance and this would be rare.

The house will pretty much be yours and one other flat mates as I won’t be there a lot.

Important-
Must love cats as Lottie will be staying ☺️

I’m looking for female professionals around the same age as me, non smokers who are looking for a home they can relax in.

It would also be nice to hang out at times when I am there, I love the outdoors, sup boarding, walks, water activities as well as chilling, movie nights and coffee dates.
