Double room overlooking leafy hedgerow and field

Hi, My names Kate and I’m 32.

I have a four bedroom house in Alphington and I’ve just started renting two of my rooms.

There are three floors to the house and I’ve just rented the top floor room to a 30 year old professional female.

I’m now looking to rent this middle floor room.

It has access to a shared middle floor bathroom w/shower as well as downstairs lounge, kitchen and garden area.

There is also plenty of space for cars on our double drive way.

A bit about me-
I moved to Exeter from Cheshire two years ago and love it here. There’s nothing better than living by the coast!

I really love our home but due to my husband’s work we are having to move up North for now and will have the house empty from September.

I’m keeping the third and fourth bedroom for myself as I will travel back for odd weekends on my own.

The house will pretty much be yours and one other flat mates who has the top floor.

I’m looking for female professionals around the same age as me, non smokers who are looking for a home they can relax in.

It would also be nice to hang out at times when I am there, I love the outdoors, sup boarding, walks, camping, water activities as well as chilling, movie nights and coffee dates.
