This is a newly refurbished ground floor flat in a superb old Georgian house. The front door leads directly into a spacious lounge/dining room with a beautiful original brick fireplace and newly installed wood burner. To the rear there is a double bedroom with high level double glazed windows. To the right there is a spacious well equipped kitchen with ample storage, electric oven with induction hob and grill. To the rear of the kitchen there is a shower room with separate WC. There is an off road parking space for one car. Couples are welcome. There is the potential for an outside garden seating area.. There is also the possibility of using my electric car charging point if required. I live in the main house so on hand to deal with any issues as they arise. Bills are included - council tax, WIFI, electricity, water and monthly full clean of the flat.
There is space for a washing machine if required. am also happy to do laundry at reasonable cost. I am also happy to provide and launder bedding and towels.
Would suit someone who appreciates old houses. There is a small step up into the bedroom and the kitchen so not wheelchair accessible.
