2 bed terrace house in St Thomas

My partner and I are going off travelling for approx. 3 and a half months, and are keen to let out our house. The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a separate toilet, living room, large kitchen, lean to, and small paved area at the back and a roof terrace. We live in a quiet residential street with residents parking available. Nearby are multiple amenities including supermarkets, local shops and cafes, and a leisure centre. Exeter city centre is an approx. 15 minute walk away or there is a train station and bus route to town within 200m of the front door! The quay is about the same distance where there are walks and cycle paths along the river and multiple cafes and bars. We are looking for someone who needs a short-term rental, who is in full-time employment, and is responsible and respectful, as we will be entrusting our house and belongings to this person! We have 2 cats, but they will be living elsewhere for the duration of our trip, so this may cause issues for people with pet allergies! The house is well loved and we would prefer the person living here to look after it whilst they are staying including watering the plants!
