E. Council Tax: Band C (fully included in the monthly rent).
How to apply
1. Application Form: All interested applicants complete our standard initial form.
2. GDPR / Data Protection: Before holding any personal info, you will receive our privacy notice explaining your rights and how your data is handled.
3. Holding Deposit: A holding deposit equivalent to a maximum of one week’s rent (£150 - £173 depending on the chosen room) reserves the space while referencing takes place. This goes directly toward your first month's rent
or deposit upon success.
4. Referencing: Standard employment, landlord referencing, and Right to Rent checks are carried out.
5. Tenancy Deposit: Equivalent to one month's rent, protected securely within the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS).
6. Rent in Advance: A maximum of one month’s rent in advance is payable once referencing is approved and the agreement is signed by both parties.
Eligibility: Enquiries are open to all applicants. We do not operate any blanket restrictions; every applicant is considered fairly on a uniform basis.
