Spacious double room within house

Hello!

I am looking for a housemate to share my home.

The room is a spacious double room in the upstairs of the house. There are large built in storage cupboards in the room. The photos shown are with my current tenants furniture, therefore the furniture will be different.

The house has a shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom, office and conservatory. There is also a large garden, off road parking and a garage.

My house is currently on the market which is why this is a temporary advert. I have just had a sale fall through and I anticipate the process of finding a new buyer and completing a sale to take at least 6 months.
If you are looking for longer term accommodation, there may be an opportunity to move with me within the same area.

I am a clean and tidy professional and ideally would like to share with somebody who also enjoys keeping a clean and tidy space. I occasionally work from home but am mostly out of the house for work. I am vegan so ideally would prefer to share with somebody who is also vegan or vegetarian.

I have a large, friendly dog. I am unfortunately not able to take pets due to compatibility with my dog.

The council tax is band C, although this is included.
