Working professional housemates that are friendly and sociable, with a range of interests and very welcoming.
I have a lovely Cocker spaniel that lives here with me, she is very well behaved and is a joy to be around.
Tidy and well equipped house with a good size communal lounge with large TV, DVD player, custom music system and woodburner. There is of course central heating as well the woodburner is just an extra source of heating and is a nice addition.
The bathroom is clean and hygienic and has a brand new powerful shower, nice garden to the rear of the property great for sitting out in the sun and for BBQ's.
Recently finished extension and brand new Kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine, underfloor heating, natural slate floor and with a large kitchen table this is a brilliant space!
This is a great location being 5 minutes walk to the Quay or St Thomas and close to the train stations and the A30/M5.
House is on a quiet road as there is no through traffic and has a lot of character. Parking is pretty good on the road, not fighting for a space as in many areas.

Includes all bills and unlimited wireless broadband, communal areas, bike storage etc.
