There’s a comfortable shared lounge and kitchen/breakfast room which includes a dishwasher, pine table and chairs.
Off of the kitchen there is a useful utility room with tumble dryer, a large fridge freezer and separate freezer.
This leads to the garden, where there is an outside w/c, bicycle rack , two secure cycle points and a gate leading to a lane accessing the road where there is street car parking.
The house is situated in a good location with an easy walk to the town and is on good bus route.
There are pubs, shops, a gym and a local Sainsbury's, costcutter and Aldi on hand.
Marsh Barton trading estate is a 5 min walk and access to the M5 is very good.
I am looking for a clean and tidy tenant to stay for a minimum of six months and a maximum of two years.
