Large double room

I have a self contained space within my home, rural location with easy access to the a38. Ground floor, large double room with en suite and a kitchenette set up in a shared utility space. Washing machine shared. Sofa and dining table in the room. Off road parking. Own transport is required as we are about a 30 minute walk to ashburton.

In the house is myself and my husband with our papillon dog. I work at Exeter hospital and my husband works mainly from home. We have horses kept in the neighbouring fields. We are an eco conscious couple and value this with others that we live with.

We are looking for a laid back, friendly and tidy individual, female preferred but finding the right fit most important. Small pets considered on an individual basis, no cats as I’m allergic.
