Large room with single bed and separate toilet

Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate to share my house, its a large room for rent, (recently redecorated)currently comes with a double bed, drawers and large cupboard, has a separate toilet. Shared kitchen (new), lounge and bathroom. I have a friendly cat, lovely neighbours and am 1 minute from the town centre and A38 (but house is sheltered so its not noisy). I'm friendly, clean and tidy and would like someone similar to share with. Thank you :)
