We live on the edge of Dartmoor, in a characterful town house 10 mins walk to town centre . Ashburton has a range of independent shops, cafes, restaurants galleries and Arts Centre. It’s 40 minutes to various beaches with saunas, and also to the cities of Plymouth and Exeter.

I enjoy living with considerate; independent working people with active interests, who appreciate this rural environment and the arts, and like to help keep a tidy, happy house.
