We live on the edge of Dartmoor, in a characterful town house 10 mins walk to town centre . Ashburton has a range of independent shops, cafes, eateries, galleries and Arts Centre, plus local gyms and screens. It’s 40 minutes to beaches with saunas, and the cities of Plymouth and Exeter.

I enjoy living with independent, relaxed, working people with active interests, who appreciate this rural environment and like to help keep a tidy, happy house.

(There is also a garden studio/workroom available for £150).
