The room has a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobe, desk, small chest of drawers, sofa and en-suite shower room. There are facilities for making hot drinks and washing up in the room. This is a private room with access via its own stairs.. Shared use of the main kitchen and utility room (washing machine). Outside you will have sole use of a patio and garden area.

Preferably looking for a professional person who wants to live in the countryside. There are three friendly dogs living here.

This is a country property with no public transport. Car travel time to junction 27 M5 is 12 minutes, Tiverton Parkway 15 minutes, central Exeter 45 minutes, Tiverton, Wellington & Cullompton 20 minutes.
