You have your own bedroom/lounge, fitted with flat-screen TV, wifi and USB ports, and bathroom with both shower and bath. Use of kitchen/dining room. Non-smoking professionals who work away from home preferred. Would be ideal for medics working at Torbay Hospital, approx 30 mins drive.

The house has a large garden in front, and spacious off-road parking. You also have your own outdoor area with table and chairs for al fresco dining. From the door you can walk or cycle across the Sharpham Estate and along the river Dart to Totnes (see final two images).

Water, electricity, wifi/broadband, TV licence are all included. Council tax (band F) payable on top.

Monday to Friday rental also considered, for a lower rent.
