Large Double Rural Room

Hi I am looking at renting out my spare room.

Medium>Large Double. Build in wardobe. Bills included. Over looks front garden, high ceilings. I Will clear out current contents - but your welcome to come view as it is.

I sing during the day, so Ideally looking for a Professional Renter that is out the house during the day, so I can then make use of that time to sing.

I Myself - I Am A Gay Single Male - I Am at home a lot due to working on my social media > future career aspirations. I also do travel and go off on adventures a lot so you will have the house to yourself here and there.

The house is situated in a small rural village, you will need to be able to drive.

There are a few small villages close by for shops, pub, butcher, ect.

I usually just take the trip into Okehampton or Barnstaple for the larger shops. Roughly half hour drive. Or get a home delivery.

Also a similar distance to the beach. So its very out the way, quietly rural, birds and nature, but very accessible to amenities.

Just off the main routes to Exeter, Via the link road or crediton route. Roughly 45 mins each way maybe an hour at most for commuters.

I have x2 Large Gardens. I use the front regularly, I have a pond and currently planting up.

I also have a very large side plot which I use for reading, sun bathing and hopefully soon YOGA!! LOL. In the middle of rewilding and creating paths. Possibly growing veg, but it takes time.

The property is a Middle Terrace.
The village people are somewhat nice, a bit odd at times, but thats life right.

Ideally looking for someone within my age, but no issues, you are you, I am me. I am happy to hang out and stuff here and there, but I like my own space and happy to offer you yours. Please be tidy / clean, fun, pro active and ideally if your wanting to hang out then someone who likes an adventure, or chilling out in front of the tv / gaming from time to time.

I usually pop the TV on the evening, your welcome to join me, but you will have space upstairs for your own if you wish.

Again the bedroom is a large double with a built in wardrobe, currently being used as a gym / office / singing space.

There are out houses and plenty of storage if needed.
