Beautiful walks nearby and train station 15 mins walk away. Exeter (40mins) and Waterloo line. Also only 15 mins from the popular sea side town of Lyme Regis.
Looking for 1 more person short term as house is going to be sold , probably by Auction.
All rooms are large doubles. I have a large double with an ensuite at front of the house available from mid September 2025 to December. The house is fully furnished with a large kitchen and open plan living/ dinning space.
It is a quiet house, non smokers preferred. I will be there occasionally because I work away.

Someone who is easy going, employed and who can provide 2 references preferably from an employer and previous landlord. Working outside of the house is also desirable due to increasing fuel bills which are included in the rent. There is a new combi boiler and a wood burner. Would suit someone waiting to buy , or who is working short term in the area.
