Large double rooms with ensuite in town centre

I have an old (1850) 5 double bed Town House which is very central and has a shop below. There is no parking, but a cheap car parking close, free after 6pm or on road free parking within 5 minutes walk.
Beautiful walks nearby and train station 15 mins walk away. Exeter (40mins) and Waterloo line. Also only 15 mins from the popular sea side town of Lyme Regis.
Looking for 1 to 2 more person short term as house is going to be sold .
All rooms are large doubles. I have a large double with an ensuite at front of the house available from March 2026 to around /July 2026..
The house is fully furnished with a large kitchen and open plan living/ dinning space.
It is a quiet house, non smokers preferred.
Looking for someone who will fit in with myself 1 other tenant who work shifts. Someone who is easy going, employed and who can provide 2 references preferably from an employer and previous landlord. Working outside of the house is also desirable due to increasing fuel bills which are included in the rent. There is a new combi boiler and a wood burner. Would suit someone waiting to buy , or who is working short term in the area.
