A peaceful home in Axminster with good access to local buses, train network to Exeter and London and best of all the beaches.
2 bed house with driveway, and ample street parking, garage and fully furnished. Broadband has been included in cost.
The house has a southwest facing garden with a shed, large raised decking, patio and high quality astro turf with planter edging.

I am offering up a double room due to moving in with my partner and will only be using the spare room to store my furniture… and occasionally access this. This is essentially an entire furnished house to yourself hence the price being higher.
It is ideal for couples who want privacy and to share the cost.

The room has a large wardrobe and divan bed, side tables and I can provide a desk on request.

The neighbourhood is quiet with great neighbours and would like someone who would respect this and look after the house as if it was their own, keep it clean and tidy.

The cost of the house is a lot higher than others in the area as this will essentially be an entire house to yourself with all bills included which makes it ALOT cheaper than a rental property.
