For rent we have a large airy light spacious double room with double bed and TV... we have a lovely shared kitchen diner also with tv..
The bathroom and toilet are shared..
Wellswood village is nearby with shops, a pub, pharmacy, patisserie and supermarket. There is a local school and church and the glorious Meadfoot beach is a stones throw away..
The apartment is quiet and peaceful with birdsong in the mornings.. there is easy roadside parking, and we have wi-fi and a washing machine, no dryer. There is only myself, the landlady...we are a generally quiet household.
all bills included in rent. Looking for a female roommate ideally …working people only or full time students.
