I have an large en suite bedroom available in good sized house, situated in a quiet , pretty residential area overlooking
a tennis club and park. Three windows ensure lots of light.
The room is nicely decorated , fully furnished with a super king bed which can be unzipped to form two singles if preferred. There is a large double wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets with drawers. A large table/desk, desk chair, soft chair, are also in the room. Central heating and heated towel rail..
The room has an en-suite shower room, with basin and toilet.
There is a good sized very well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, dining room and sitting room.
A washing machine is available in the utility room.
There is free parking available, just outside on the road.
Very good wi-fi throughout the house.
The house is a 5-10 minute drive from Torbay hospital and near to quite a few large primary and secondary schools.
There is free parking outside the house.
There are local shops within a 5 min walk and a supermarket 10 mins away.
You can walk to the local beach and the South West Coast path is very close.
We are an older, but friendly and lively household. The house is very clean and tidy.
Must like friendly dogs!
