Double room fully furnished with New IKEA double bed, IKEA storage unit, IKEA chest of draws, stand up lamp and bedside cabinet with side light., Roman blind and new carpet. Lovely room , clean and comfortable., the room is directly next to the bathroom so it's very convenient to use without disturbing anyone else. There is free parking directly outside and a small courtyard garden. All appliances available to use, Washing machine, fridge, oven, kettle, toaster , juicer. There is also a small amount of additional storage if needed.
The Location is very close to Oddicombe beach, Babbaombe downs, Anstey's Cove , St Mary Church and Torquay town centre.
Looking for a female who is clean ,Tidy and respectful. I do have my girlfriend staying over some nights and occasionally my nieces and nephews but not that often. The flat is in a peaceful street and fairly quiet however I do like to play music sometimes.
I like cooking and spend a fair bit of time in the kitchen.
I have plenty of books available if you like to read and The WiFi is super fast.
