Big double room in Babbacombe area

ROOM FOR LADY
My partner and I rent a lovely double room in our new flat.
The room has chest of drawers, double bedroom, bedside table, an ikea 6 cubes storage units and an hanging area where you can have your clothes.
The place is 5 min by car to Meatfoot beach, 15 min walk from the Town centre and 8 min walk from Babbacombe green.
We are quite easy going people, easy to talk too. We love a quite and easy life, we like fresh food and a glass of wine sometimes.
We don't have tv licence as we don't watch tv but feel free to buy if you want a tv in your own room.
We have a strong and stable wi fi connection (Virgin).
The bathroom is sharing.
We have washing machine, kettle, oven, toaster, etc..
The flat has a lovely garden area.
We would like someone quite and calm like us, that respect the common areas and that also he she is clean and tidy like us.
(Don't take personal but our flat is not a party house :)
We are looking for someone by the start of September.
