Description

We form part of a Victorian terrace, originally being two gentleman villas before becoming a hotel, and since our purchase in 2007, a boutique hotel and now an Aparthotel and family home. The Owners Kate & Ed heir two adult children and old Cockapoo Dennis live on the premises. Kate suffered a catastrophic stroke 8 years ago so can no longer work as is registered disabled and is assisted by carers in addition to her family. The family use the commercial areas of the property so the kitchen facilities are shared between 3 rooms only.
Due to Kate's disability The owners now have the need to diversify their original hotel offering so have 2 rooms to rent under the governments home to rent scheme.

We border Babbacombe Downs with enviable sea views, the building is no smoking/vaping throughout but there is a smoking area to the front of the building. Waste bins & recycling bins are found at the rear of the building.

Single occupancy of these light and bright fully furnished double rooms as follows:

Room 1 first floor double room with high ceilings double bed, leather style oversized headboard wall hung bedside lights including reading lights en-suite shower cubicle and separate cubicle housing toilet & wash hand basin. Dressing table, mini fridge, hot drink facilities and compact desk and stool. The balcony includes a small table & chair. This room has a 180 degree uninterrupted sea view overlooking The Downs and Lyme Bay beyond. Now gone.

Room 2 light & bright larger rear facing first floor room (formally two rooms) with high ceilings overlooking rooftops to the carpark beyond. This room has an ensuite bath with shower over, king sized bed with oversized leather style headboard, fridge accent chair desk & coffee table

Room 3 light & bright 2nd floor rear facing double room with kingsize bed with en-suite bath & shower over. This room includes a small balcony overlooking the pay and display carpark to the rear. This room is bright & South facing. The room is fully furnished, and includes a fridge, microwave & hot drink facilities. Now Taken

All rooms have flat screen TV's hot drink making facilities they are heated as preferred by the occupant via electric heaters.
There is also access to a kitchenette on the first floor which is shared between the three rooms providing fridge/freezer & cupboard space, There is also coin operated laundry facilities (soon to be fitted) on the ground floor and a shared Bar Lounge area as pictured.

All bills are included; electricity, water, Rates, Wifi throughout the building and TV License. Whilst there is insurance for the building contents and public liability we would expect occupants to have their own personal effects insurance, There is free unrestricted parking on the roads around the premises and at either end of the Road.
