Single/Double room in large 3 bed house available

Hi there, Im 34 with my own 3 bed terraced house in Babbacombe, Torquay. I live with my 2 dogs Spooky (who is a very friendly lakeland) and Betty who is a newfoundland and a therapy dog. The house has large living area with new kitchen fitted and brand new bathroom with bath and shower. The bedroom available is a large single/small double. I have a garden area with garden furniture for BBQs and sunbathing! The house has wireless broadband and Sky+ TV.
The house name is beavercottage (msm) I am looking for a friendly individual - who must like pets - they are clean - the house definately isnt covered in fur and pee). Must be employed or student with funds. Someone tidy who isnt going to party Thursday - Tuesday non stop although I am partial to bottle of wine after stressful day and weekend partying. Consideration for others a must and great sense of humour ideal! Have had wicked lodger who unfortunately has left to move in with his girlfriend so room is available again! I am easy-going, chilled person who has just bought my first house so looking for someone to lodge either temporary or long term. The rent of £90 per week includes all bills except phone. Would like £200 deposit and rent 4 weeks in advance please - if you have references even better.
