One side of a house

You would have your own side of the house which would include

1 large bedroom - furnished (kingsize bed) or unfurnished.
1 smaller room - which you could turn into a living room, games room, yoga room.... you name it.
Your own shower room (large).

We would share the
wash area,
kitchen area
small patio garden.

A guest room would also be available for any friends or family that may stay.

Preferably looking for someone long term.

£400 rent
All Bill's will be split between us including
Electric
Water - (no meter, on assessed charges)
Council tax
Wifi
