A village situated on the edge of Exmoor, with all main amenities, including butchers, local shop, bakers and a village pub. Close to M5, Tiverton and within 45 mins of Exeter or Taunton (local bus service available). The room is 600 cm by 400 cm with a roof top to forest view. Large walk in cupboard, Emporer sized bed. Shared large kitchen and front room have open fires! The Bathroom has fitted shower/bath towel rail etc . House heated with mix of modern/recently replaced cheap economy 5 heaters, and open fires too. Has a small yard, frontage with plant pots and containers fitted kitchen with mcwv/cooker washing machine.
