This is a large family home with 2 friendly dogs and we’ve been living with lodgers for years. My current lodger who has been with us for 3 years is about to get married and now leaving.

We are a professional household. I have two children aged 16 and 12 who both go to school in Exeter. The youngest is a chorister at the Cathedral.

The room is large and measures 13 x 14.5 foot with a large Georgian window and features.

All bills and rates included. Full access to utility with washing machine and tumble drier.

Full kitchen, outdoor patio with sunlounges annd walled garden.

The front room has large sofas, TV and a piano.

This household is very friendly and easy going. We like everyone to feel at home.

Non smoker essential please. Couple considered with an increase in price.
