1 double room to let. Professional persons only. No couples, smokers or pets. Located in Newport so walking distance to town. Parking available on road outside house. Shared bathroom, kitchen and sitting/dining room. Live in landlady during the week and occasional weekends. £375 per calendar month to include bills. Will need one month’s rent upfront and £200 which will be put in a deposit scheme and refunded upon vacating provided there is no damage. Will require to speak to referees including employer before letting.
