My son and I live here, with our dog and cat. We are easy going, friendly and tidy and respectful and would expect the same especially as there’s only one bathroom in the house (second wc downstairs)
Small courtyard if you are a smoker, but absolutely no smoking in the house.
Pets aren’t a problem as long as they get on with those already in situ.
Working persons only.
Parking is an issue in the area, there is one permit available currently, at a cost of £30 per year
