Cosy double room

Cosy double room in a two bedroom house for rent, room has laminate flooring, cream walls, there is enough room for a chest or draws bedside table etc, you are welcome to put clothes in the landing cupboard to use as a wardrobe to free up space, there is also a large under stairs cupboard for extra storage.
I’m friendly 30 years old female, I work at a school and have a Saturday job so am up early 6 days a week. Looking for a professional house mate, chilled tidy and likes the odd glass of wine and a chat of an evening.
I have a small dog and a cat so someone that likes animals would be great. Haven’t got any photos of the room or house as there is currently my old housemates stuff everywhere as she is packing to go.
The room is available at the end of Feb beginning of March
