Rent includes all bills and WiFi but not the use of the home landline. £50 deposit required and the successful lodger will be required to put up 1 months rent in advance. This room is for single occupancy only, preferably a working student. Parking available outside property. The room includes a double bed with a large wardrobe and bedside table, Freeview tv with NOWTV box and the room is also fitted with carpet, a blind and curtains. Shared facilities within this family home include a well equipped kitchen, shared living room and bathroom. Lodger will also have use of the patio garden area. Lodger must be ok with pets, as we have three small friendly dogs.. The house isn't your average house, it's a very quiet house and a family home so the lodger should be a respectable, friendly and trustworthy person. Short term lets may be considered at £25 per night.
