Lovely light double room

A lovely light attic room in a beautiful family home which is fully furnished.

The location is very convenient with Barnstaple town 5 minutes walk away, the main bus stop only 2 minutes walk and the train station 15 minutes walk. Even though the house is very convenient and central to all amenities, it still quiet and has a lovely large garden.

The house is mainly occupied by a single female and Otis the miniature labradoodle (not too miniature luckily!).

I'm a vegetarian household and so would much prefer to share the large kitchen dinning room with someone who is also veggie, vegan or someone perhaps only eats meat occasionally.

The bathroom have a great shower and also a stylish slipper bath to relax in.

All bills are included.
