We are seeking professional FEMALE tenants who would like to rent the house on an individual room basis anytime from now onwards. There are four rooms in total. All the bills and Wi-fi being included, a weekly cleaning service is also provided for all tenants.

The house is a roomy mid-terrace property which has been tastefully decorated and offers an excellent location for those working in or close by to Barnstaple. The large accommodation is arranged over two floors and is fully furnished.

As you enter the property, you are greeted by an entrance hall with the comfy lounge to your right.
