Double room in a shared house. Lovely light clean room with good WiFi Plentyof storageand comfort bed, Walking distance to the hospital and town center. Modern home with all mod cons with a supermarket very near.
Suit a woman/man ,working ,none smoker. The home has a garage so can be used to store a few things or a bike or surfboard. Large shared living room with small garden front and larger grassed area at the rear with patio and fire pit with table and chairs in the spring/summer. Has parking outside .Clean home.
No couples, No smokers. No Parties, only a quiet person please....sorry as I share with my child and another person renting a room who's very quiet.
In Oct the the rent will go up to 124 per week to cover the extra winter bills.
