Please Read All No More Time Wasters Double Room

Room available 29th of September. Deposit to be paid to secure booking.

We have a medium/large double room to rent. This can come with 2 single beds or 1 double.
Furnished or unfurnished should you need to bring your own. The room is as seen.
You have the choice of one room to rent 1 with fitted wardrobe and drawers of movable furniture.

Full welcoming access to all of the houses is guaranteed.
You also have access to supplied food. Is INCLUDED should you wish to use it, but you will be given your own spaces in the kitchen to accommodate
washing facilities and use of living room etc are also included should you wish to use free time this way. We also can provide some storage space if needed in a large, secure shed and under the stairs large storage area.

The house is a 10 min walk down into town center- we are located in a quieter area but still life going by- but if you want some peace an quiet this is the place to be- buses run every 25 mins into town also. We are 2 mins from the local shop and 5 min from a larger co-op store.

I have 2 small dogs. They don't shed any hair and won't be a bother to you.

Im Happy and friendly and laid back and won't be a bother to you.

Lodger ideally must be working
(no reference required)
If not working, assure me that rent will be paid on time and in full each month.
We allow friends or a partner to stay up to 2 nights a week, if they wish to stay more an using elec gas etc.. token payment will be needed.
I only ask you to respect the tidiness of the communal space and are considerate of noise during the night and early mornings. And obviously respectful to me.

this is refundable up to 1 week before you arrive only if cancelled or changed by myself, deposit otherwise

Deposit to be paid when u agree to take the room, This again is non refundable as stated, as many time wasters.
set at £250 or can arrange for those who may not be able to meet this amount.
This will be taken off the first months rent. first months rent to be paid by the move in date.
Smokers are welcome, but please smoke outside only.

Video viewings are only accepted currently due to the room being used.
