Double Room in Central Barnstaple

Furnished large double room to rent in a 3 bed house in central barnstaple. The rent is £400 plus bills which are usually £180 per month (council tax, utilities, internet and a cleaner)

The house is well fitted with plenty of space inside as well as a small garden out back which was recently refurbished. I love to cook so the kitchen is well stocked with appliances, the bathroom has a separate bath & shower and the living has a wood burning fireplace! There’s superfast broadband which is ideal for working from home, streaming and gaming. We have a weekly cleaner come to keep communal areas tidy, that’s included in the bills

The available bedroom is on the top floor with a double bed, large chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe too.

The other housemate works at the hospital and I travel for work quite often, so we’re looking for someone who’s chill and happy to socialise but also doesn’t mind time to themselves.
