Massive flat with two king size bedrooms available

Hi, I’m looking for one or two people to sublet my flat while I’m away. (Only £400 per person if two people.)

It’s completely furnished, enormous, and extremely central with everything you need within 5-10 mins walk away. Best views in Barnstaple from every room!

N. B REDUCED RENT because I will still need to use the living room to teach my piano students 3 days a week for a few hours, but I will provide the timetable to you so that you know when to expect me, and hopefully it will be when you are also out at work so that I am not disturbing you! This is why I’m charging a reduced rent price in view of this.

Negatives about the flat - there is no residential parking but there are car parks close by.

It is an old building that needs refurbishment, which as a tenant I can’t do… but one gets used to it pretty quickly as the rooms are so big and so much natural light and great views! If however you’re handy with that sort of thing and want to do any fixes for your own comfort, that’s totally ok.

All bills included (WiFi, council tax, water, heating, electricity) however if a lot of electricity is used then some extra will be charged accordingly.
