Part furnished good sized room in easy going household in central Barnstaple. Would suit working person looking for an affordable place to stay for a few months or a couple of years whilst saving for a deposit or their own place.
Choice of spare room (pictured) or currently vacant atic space if you'd prefer. Both have been rented out by multiple people over the years but only really want to rent out one or the other or so there is more space in general in the house.
Quite spacious open plan shared living room, dining room and kitchen. Close to town, on the road parking and easy to get in and out of town if traveling to work.
No pets and no smoking in the house but have a smoking area/lean to/conservatory leading to back garden/patio.
Generally casual, no stress tenant sought for generally casual no stress live in landlord.
