Room to rent in lovely home

We are looking to rent out one of our bedrooms, Monday to Friday during term time for teaching students (or short term medical placements) some flexibility with weekends. We have a friendly cat. We are situated a 35 minute walk from the hospital and a 20 minute walk from town. We are particularly interested in tenants seeking employment or training at the hospital or teachers on placements. There is an hourly bus into town from close to the house. We have gardens, a patio area and local walks are easily accessible. A number of local primary schools are within easy walking distance, we have parking space if you have a car and prefer to drive. All bills including council tax are included in the rent as is an evening meal if you would rather not cook yourself. The room is a large, light and airy double with a desk, drawers and wardrobe. It has access to its own shower room. There is a second slightly smaller bedroom available on the same floor with access to the same shower room if there are two students on placement seeking accommodation, this room is the same rent as the first.
