Room to rent in lovely home

We are looking to rent out one of our bedrooms, preferably Monday to Friday but open to negotiate weekends. We both work, I work part time. We are used to enjoying the company of others and also respect everyone's need for personal space in communal parts of the house. We have a friendly cat. We are situated a 35 minute walk from the hospital and a 20 minute walk from town. We are particularly interested in tenants seeking employment or training at the hospital or teachers. There is also an hourly bus into town from close to the house. We have gardens, a patio area and local walks are easily accessible. A car would make access to town a bit easier and we have lots of parking space. All bills including council tax are included in the rent. The room is a large, light and airy double with a desk, drawers and wardrobe. It has access to its own shower room.
