The room itself has a double bed , bedding , flat screen smart tv , a chest of draws . Shared bathroom , two toilets use of courtyard and main garden , well appointed kitchen and Free in house WiFi .
This house is our much loved quiet home and we are looking for someone who maybe works shifts at the hospital or something similar ie needs to be in Barnstaple for the working week . Council tax is included
