Lovely room in quiet location

Hi, we have a nicely furnished double room to let in the desirable village of Bishops Tawton. You can easily walk or cycle into Barnstaple Center beside the river and through Rock park but having a car is preferable for most..

It is located ideally to get to Roundswell area or to get onto the link road without traffic jams. . We have plenty of secure storage space for bikes, kayaks etc.

We are a busy active household. who like the outdoors but welcome our cosy cottage on an evening. We also genuinely enjoy renting out our spare rooms to people.

The village we live in is lovely and has a nice thatch pub which does excellent food.
